Our project in Mindarie created an opportunity for us to construct our first three story home. Having a biased opinion on a face brick finish we were able to design some stunning features throughout this property. With both staircases and en-suites having a stylish grey face brick with matching mortar, it truly creates a unique finish. A small block doesn't mean a small house and with nearly 300m2 of living space its easy to get lost in this home. As most of the properties in the beautiful Mindarie Marina the top floor welcomes you with panoramic ocean views.
